I was always an active kid and have always been involved in sport in one way or another, but it wasn’t until college that I got heavily involved in Underwater Hockey and Rowing. After college, I took up motorcycle racing, but after a serious injury, I tried my hand at Triathlon and after winning my first race, I haven’t looked back.
I love surfing, playing the guitar, photography and hanging out with friends and family. I’m currently studying Exercise Science at Massey University and I’m really looking forward to eventually being a coach and mentor to NZ’s future sports stars.
Selection into the NZ Standard Distance and Long Distance World Champs Teams, race in a few more international events, inspire others to get involved in endurance sports and proudly wear the silver fern.
